midweek tip, July 1st: late mail
Canterbury races R4N4 at 14.51: Sacred Orders - W:$3
G'day Paul. Rohan here. Not having an email address for you, I thought I could write to you here, so hope you get it. I've got the NC and Bad Seeds 3CD B Sides & rarities, and wondered if you already had it? If not I'll make mp3's of the tracks and post to you. Some good tracks in there. I just returned to Melb last night after a couple of days in sydney. Drove lucy and boys for school hols, and to witness the return of Dave. Back home now for work and I return to Syd in a week or so, for the drive home to Melbourne. Meanwhile, Syd. turned on some magnificent winter warm days. Maroubra and Coogee beach v good. Boys had a nude romp/swim it was so nice. A few locals swimming and tanning like it was summer. Hope all is good. Rohan.
Hey Rohan, glad you found me at my virtual home, where it's nothing but racing, football and Toohey's New, 24/7. Sorry I don't cover Melbourne races or AFL! Yes, we have that box set; i agree there are some great tracks there e.g Shoot Me Down (though also quite a few duds). Glad you had fun in Sydney. We are lookig forward to kate & steve coming next week and a week;s vacation in upstate NY at the Finger Lakes. Our "advanced parole" papers came yesterday which means we can now re-enter the USA while we are awaiting our green cards, so Blueys (and my annual side trip to Taree races) is definitely ON. We have enjoyed watching 30 Rock (Tina Fey is very good) and now we are into Flight of the Conchords: i'm sure you know it but if not, it is very funny. we can watch the latest episodes on the SBS website See you then.
