Like #1 General Truce. Nicely bred, fit and in form and should be improved for first up 2nd 2 weeks ago behind the fav. Beneteau. My main concern is the jockey Andrew Mallyon, Mick's grandson; nomrally it's the Olivers, Matthews & Dunns who fill the placings but he's been on him the whole way for 2 wins and a 2nd. Currently (5 hrs pre post) is showing $37 on NSWTab, which seems good value; worth a $1e/w i think.

In review: So much for Viewed. Over here, the las vergenes was washed out and re-run last weekend. Switch ran well, as i expected. led all the way till the final 100m and hung on for 3rd. was gallant in defeat

This weekend Stateside, some key lead up races on the trail to the KY Derby (early May) being contested down south this weekend, including the Fountain of Youth over 1800 at Gulfstream Park(Miami), the Risen Star (1700m) at Fairgrounds (New orleans) and the SW stakes (1600) at Oaklawn park in Arkansas. Looking furhter ahead, all eyes are on the match race for $5M scheduled for Friday April 9 at Oaklawn between Rachel Alexander and Zenyatta, 1-2 for hose of the year in 2009. Which one do you prefer
