Eddie Read Stakes prediction

Going for 4 in a row, but this is a very tricky affair with a lot of foreign horses or out of form locals, over the 2.5 turns of the 1&1/8 miles on the Del Mar inner turf. In what is a very weak field more deserving of Gr.3 than Gr.1 status, I'm going for the class horse of the field Jeranimo. Main negatives are he's 7 now, gets a long way back and not that much speed on here, and also he is 0-2 at the track. But he has won at Gr 1, likes the distance and the turf.He's 7/2 fav on the ML. My trifecta is 4-1-3.
