Gr 2. San Diego Handicap prediction

the streak is on 4, and this week staying at Del Mar for the Gr 2 San Diego Hcp over 1&1/16 on the main Polytrack. A small but strong field and my prediction is #4 Liaison who is currently 3/1. I see him stalking a hot pace and finishing over the top of them. The main danger is the 9/5 favorite, the classy #3 Paynter who is 2nd up after a long lay off but I don't think he's as well suited here as the #4. Probably throw in #8 Clubhouse Ride for 3rd. So that's the end of that streak. the speed mapped as I thought but when Liaison (who drifted out to 6/1) did move up on the turn he couldn't go on with it. i since read you have to get him on his day. Paynter started at 3/5 and get caught in the speed duel and it "bounced" 2nd up. It was Kettle Corn who was also well suited (a closer who loves the distance and the AW surface and is a DMR winner) who was the one to finished over the top of them
