SHOWdown picks: Fountain of Youth & Risen Star

I'm eliminated - didn't last 3 rounds - but I'm playing on (might win a cap or water bottle or something), and in the Fountain of Youth at GP around 5.30 pm, my top 5 are drawn inside - #1,2,4,5,6 - with #4 Wildcat Red my selection. On the pace when won the Hutcheson (7f) going away here 3 weeks ago, so has ability but the main concern would be that this is his first attempt at two turns, although he's powerfully built and looks like he can get more than a mile to me.

Loves the GP main track and Luis Saez up, and he can sit fwd in a race where there's plenty of speed and again come into the 3 path and race away at the top of the stretch. He's currently 6/1 in the ML. The FoY is an important derby prep and FYI Orb come out of an allowance to win this race last year, before going on to take the Fla. Derby & the KY Derby (then 4th Preakness and 3rd Belmont) In the RISEN STAR STAKES an hour later at the Fairgrounds in New Orleans, my Top 5 are #1,2,6,8,and 14 although I rated Vicar's in Trouble on top, I think he and Rosie Napravnik are in trouble marooned out there in the 13 gate after the scratch of #5 Bond holder during the week, so i am going to select #2 Rise Up who is coming off the spell but proven first up as a juvenile and has early speed to lead here and won the Delta Downs Jackpot back around Thanksgiving over this very distance.
