It's raining here in NYC this morning, but that shouldn't stop #5 American Pharaoh who won the Preakness in the slop, as well as the Rebel back in Feb. He's 6 for 7 career wise but I wouldn't be taking the 3-5 offer considering no one has done what he's trying to do in 37 years. I have #3 Madefromlucky and Tale of Verve, Frosted and Materiality as the main dangers. He did it!. In fact he wired it, from Frosted & Keen Ice. i was a little concerned about the dark horse Mubtaahij who was in the garden seat to the far turn but "AP" showed true Gr1 acceleration at the tope of the long BEL stretch. Does move very smoothly and has a lovely long, low, daisy cutting stride. Paid $3.50 for $2. Hopefully we''ll see him again at the BC or at 4, even though there's nothing to prove. Secretariat, Seattle Slew and Affirmed all raced on.
